Bought dog tag. Never arrived have tried on numerous occasions to get help from them and find out what happened. No luck. They don’t reply to emails. So be wary when dealing with.
Great product and amazing quality, have got it several years ago for my kids and the faceplate still has no scratch at all and the text engrave looks as new. Now got one for myself, this thing will not wear out.
Half a year ago i bougt a dog-tag from roadid - very happy about it, but some of the engraving wore off.. However, after i wrote an e-mail to Lori at road-id she immediately sent me a new one - free of charge - so in conclussion: great costumer service - great product!
